At the regular monthly meeting of Division 082-05, Dennis Mullins was elected Division Commander for the year beginning January 1, 2010. Currently Flotilla Commander of Flotilla 5-4 and SO-MS, Dennis is a 5 yr. Auxiliarist, Father of three and Executive with Blackrock Financial. His Auxiliary achievements include 2008 NSAR competition, Coxswain, VE, MDV, AUXSCE instructor, and PWO trainee. Dennis is a frequent MS Watchstander at MSD Cincinnati and is currently working with the MSD Supervisor to finalize a new Auxiliary Shore Patrol program to increase CG visibility along the Ohio River Cincinnati Pool. Dennis replaces outgoing Division Commander Jerry Williston.
Elected to the Division Vice Commander position was Robert Powell, currently Flotilla Commander of Flotilla 05-01.
An additional highlight of the October 15 meeting was the attendance of our new Director of Auxiliary for the District, Lt. Cmdr. William R. Butler.
