AUXDATA Changes:

On September 1st accounts will be set inactive after 45 days of inactivity instead of waiting 90 days. After 90 days of inactivity the account will be deleted; the current setting is 180 days.

This change is necessary due to a security mandate we received from DHS.

The system has a new release effective July 29, 2009..

See the Release Notes on AUXDATA home page.

A recap:

Officer Directory has capability of running reports for one unit or all units.

Training Management Report now has the currency maintenance hours/VSCs/PVisits so only one report is needed to know if someone is in REYR or needs something soon to stay current.

Activity Log Details screen has been corrected to shade the SAR information on all screens except the SAR OPS transactions.

For ATON entries Missions 30 and 31 the bridge column is shaded and Mission 32 for Bridges, the Number of Aids is shaded. This should prevent many errors.

Training Status report is now showing tasks with 2, 3, and 5 year frequencies in black with Pending during the last year instead of within the last 180 days.

For AP members that have been certified in the Boat Crew Program, you can now report them as Lead or Non-Lead instead of Trainee being forced in. Also, the List of Values for sub-missions has been fixed so that you cannot create your own. The sub-mission must be shown on the LOV.

Please advise your members of these changes and if you have any questions, please let me know.
