AUXDATA Reminders re: Passwords and
reporting QE, VE and PE Time:
Many members are having problems with
logging into AUXDATA due to inactivity
with their passwords. Just a reminder –
if you have a password for AUXDATA, you
should login AT LEAST once per month to
keep your account active. If you do not
login within the 30 day period, you will
be locked out of AUXDATA and will need
to have your password reset.
How to report QE duties. When the QE is
doing checks on land, he/she is the lead
and the people are Trainees. When the
QE steps on a boat he/she become one -
alone - and the Trainees become part of
the boat. The boat will have a Coxsain,
crew and trainees. The QE fills out his
7030 as lead doing QE checkoffs.
Please put the Date and Time Started on
the CME forms and put the chapter that
is taught on the PE Reports
